FAQs

How does product photography work?

You can ship or personally deliver products to me in Dublin to be professionally photographed in studio. Shipping and return is paid by the client.

Fresh restaurant and bar products like drinks and food are best shot on location as they are prepared.

Products can also be photographed outdoors on location, on a beach for example.

What kinds of products can you photograph?

In my studio I can shoot small and medium sized products. If you require photos of larger items like cars for example, I can photograph them at your premises with portable lights.

How do you take in account the EU AI Act content labels?

The good news is with my work you never have to worry about labelling your marketing images as "AI generated", or face financial penalties or loss of brand reputation. I capture everything in-camera and do not use generative AI for product photography at all. What you see is literally what you get.

As of August 2nd 2026 the EU AI Act requires all AI generated or assisted marketing images, videos and text in the European Union economic area to be visually labelled. Similar regulations are taking place around the world, for example New York implemented their own set of rules in June 9, 2026.
